Meet The Team

The Lone Cypress Catering is owned and operated by Michael Egenolf and Patty Menendez. They bring over 30 years of experience in food operations to the team. Michael has over 20 years experience running hotels and has been with The Lone Cypress Catering team for over a decade. Patty has been with The Lone Cypress Catering for over 15 years.
